"We originally were put in a tiny room with no view - when we asked about a move to a room with a view the staff were very responsive and found us a new one the next day. It was lovely! We appreciate the free laundry, the excellent restaurant on site as well as the adventure centre at our fingertips."

"I love the place. It was nice that our room was directly facing the beach and just a few walks away. We also had breakfast there for 3 days and though it is almost the same menu - there’s some slight changes but we love it. Breakfast is serve in the restaurant and it was nice . The coffee / tea amenities for the guest is awesome. There is a paddle boarding rental , a soft serve icecream (not free)- but only opens on weekends —unfortunately unable to try . There’s a good restaurant near the hotel too… like literally a 100 steps from our room. Honestly, our room was situated in the perfect spot! I can’t complain! It is also a good walking distance to the famous Tacofino and the best ice cream Chocolate Tofino . We had one dinner in their restaurant and food is great. There was also live music . Overall, our stay is awetastic. Best Western Tinwis is highly recommended…"

"As a family with young children (3yrs and an infant) we loved our stay! Having the lodge amenities- breakfast, beach toys, the lodge atmosphere with being able to have a beverage while the children read books and relaxed in the lodge was truly lovely. The ease of access to these things made it more enjoyable. Our cabin was exactly as advertised however it was quite dusty with abundant cobwebs in the bedroom, behind the curtains and kitchen area. I understand it’s a cabin, however at the price point- I would have liked to see a bit more attention paid to the cleanliness. My toddler touched a blind above the bed and her handprints were very visible the dust was so thick! To be fair, I also didn’t bring the cleanliness to the attention of the staff, but I’m sure if I did , they would have had a prompt professional response as they were great in other areas. We used one of their provided cribs for our infant and it was great and felt safe. Despite that small critique, I would still highly recommend this for other families as it was a lovely stay!"

Tofino House-Close to town, Sauna, Rainforest!

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tofino House. It was so well equipped, comfortable, clean, and spacious. The kitchen had more than everything we needed including multiple ways to make coffee. The beds were comfy! The BBQ and outside seating area was a great bonus. We’d love to stay again!"
