Auf deutschsprachige Gäste ist das Personal sprachlich vorbereitet, das empfand ich als sehr angenehm, und hat Nachfragen, auch was die nähere Umgebung betreffend, sehr erleichtert. Breakfast was great not full English but scrambled eggs,bacon and all the usual continental and cereals. Served with fresh coffee or tea. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by and away from the madness and costs of Venice island. Handy for the actv waterbus 5-10 mins walk would definitely go back"
