We really loved our stay. Great location, huge modern apartment, great price. The keyless entry can be a little frustrating due to slow wifi, but other than that we have no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the bathroom although clean is in disrepair. The curtain in the shower had a stain but otherwise the apartment was clean and well appointed. The location was spectacular. I would highly recommend for large groups. It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and located right on the canal.

Very centrally located in Venice. Close to Rialto but also a short walk to Piazza San Marco. The staff were very accommodating and responsive to texts prior to check-in and during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. We would absolutely stay here again!

Exceeded our expectations. Well decorated and spacious apartment with all necessities. AC was great. Washing machine much appreciated. Central to everything. Great communication and guest services always available. Highly appreciated the suggestion for a private water taxi that was able to pick us up right at the hotel and take us to the train station. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back. A+++++

Room was clean and well appointed. A few marks on the walls from guests and their luggage mishandling. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Quiet building in central area of Venice. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Only small criticism was they locked us out before 10 and it was a hassle to get back in our day of departure. Overall highly recommended.
