Immaculate hotel with great staff. First time in Chamonix, and everyone went out of their way to make it a great stay. Ski shop team was great help in navigating the various areas and transfers.

The first night we were given an extremely noisy room. Really dirty. Some of the sheets had hair on them. When I made the beds, I found dirty tissues between mattress and bed frame.
