"I love this hotel! The staff could not have been friendlier and there was never a wait at the front desk. The suite was amazing. Before we checked in, we spent the morning at the Tuscano Spa, which I highly recommend. When we got into our room, we realized it was like being back in the spa. Steam shower, jacuzzi tub, cold waters in the refrigerator and a beautiful fireplace decor. It was a large room with a tv in the living area and another for lying in bed. If you are looking for a romantic stay, this room will not disappoint. Dinner was at Oceano and the food was fantastic. This has become my new favorite place to stay and we will be back soon. "

"Our air conditioner was broken and it was really hot outside. We had to have an engineer come in our room at 2am and he could not fix the air conditioner. The breakfast at the cafe was horrible the breakfast sandwiches tasted like rubber. "

"No Air Conditioning, in 702. Although the room location was great. Love the antiques. Then the garage elevator brook down during the day. The night staff did give us a fan for that night. It was 77 degrees all night in the room. Just too stuffy! Truly the staff needs to never let this stuff happens again. Maintenance maintenance maintenance."
