“I wish the toilets were a little higher. People with bad knees have trouble standing up from a lower bent position. I didn’t like that the AC cycled off and on during the night. I like it cold to sleep and even with the setting at 68 it got warm enough to have to remove the heavy blanket. The height of bed was difficult to get into for someone who is not tall with bad knees and back. The woman at the desk was excellent in coming up to our room to show us how to use the remote. “The place is falling apart and is terribly maintained. The room was dirty, the shower didn’t work, it smells, I would never recommend it to anybody. I put up with it because I had no other choice since I was traveling with my daughter and we arrived late at night. Left the next morning as fast as I could.”

“The property was undergoing major renovations during my stay, so guests had to use a side door most of the time, and there was a lot of dust, dirt and debris on the main floor, especially around the entrances, and dumpsters and construction vehicles in the parking lot. There was also a food service delivery, via tractor trailer, at 5:30am, that unloaded, loudly, at the main entrance for about 30 minutes, just below my third floor room the first morning I was there.
