“We booked a regular king room 4 hours hours before our arrival (we were driving from upstate New York) Upon checking in I was informed that the only room available was a handicapped accessible double room and right next to the lobby. I let the front desk know that I was traveling with my 8-year-old and a Roll-in shower would be messy. She provided us with a bunch of extra bath mats to lay down, which I am super grateful for. The shower was half cleaned so the lady from the front desk came to……

“The price is attractive and the room is really big. The facilities are new and clean. Breakfast is convenient from 7:00 t0 10:00 AM. Enough parking slots for you to stay overnight.”

I put up with it because I had no other choice since I was traveling with my daughter and we arrived late at night. Left the next morning as fast as I could.”
