"Loved the room and the cleaning staff was great. Breakfast was okay. But I am very disappointed about the pool. It ( the pool) shown in the listing on Expedia and when I booked no where did it say it was not open. Overall it was good for the price."

"The room is small but fairly clean. I didn’t see any stains anywhere. Bathroom has a nice size, no closet. Small cabinet with a mini fridge and tv, so the side. The staff were super nice and gave cookies when checking in. The shuttle bus was supposed to run from 9 to 9 but stopped at 5pm (the driver had left). I didn’t get to try the breakfast but they have tea and coffee in the lobby. Sugar, milk is on the table. If you don’t like the coffee, there’s dunkin and Starbucks nearby. The view is lackluster, I was looking at the highway for the most part and parking lot. Must go’s are the outlet malls which is a 10 minute drive with the stoplights. Parking is almost impossible."

"The hotel was decent for the price we paid. We didn’t notice any bugs, and both the room and the beds were clean enough. The only issue was that the shower curtain didn’t close properly, so water ended up splashing all over the bathroom after I showered. We mentioned it to the front desk, and they were kind enough to provide extra towels and bath mats."

"Was unable to check in due to expired ID. Wayne laws are strict. Had to make emergency reservation at another hotel. I am an 83 year old senior who is technically homeless and live on social security. I have to move frequently due to hotel policies. This causes aggravation to physical problems. If Expedia paid you, then I deserve to be reimbursed. The monies were withheld from my account and if I am not reimbursed, I'll be living on the street."

"The hotel venue is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and convenient walking distance to the mountain. However, without speaking to staff, the check in process was VERY confusing. Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business! "
