"Flock Inn is the perfect get away place. Leanne is a wonderful hostess and helped us feel right at home. The property is well groomed, and the home is clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need when you're away from home. It's the perfect location if you're visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. I loved that Leanne has a binder that lets you know about places to eat, different stores close by and other interesting places to visit. I would highly recommend this property....

"So happy we found this place! Brought a group of 12, It was perfect for us. The price was more affordable then many others we saw during our search. Host made everything a good experience! The house was set up so well. They really utilized the space well for groups. We were on the go a lot but loved the cute deck, game room, and open areas for being together. So many cool features. Definitely would stay here again!"

"The location was in a perfect spot and it was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood to go to all the places that we wanted to visit. The beds, pillows, and couches were very comfortable. We only had one significant complaint - it was unbearably hot upstairs. We couldn't get the thermostat downstairs under 80 degrees, and upstairs felt even hotter. I see comments from other reviews that we should understand "historic home" to mean that the temperature cannot really be controlled, which is...

"Ms. Smothers was wonderful to communicate with, and had a perfect house to feel at home in the country. Everything was clean, and as detailed on the site. The location was great! Within 30 minutes of the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, King’s Island, and Cincinnati. Not to mention the cupcakes she had for us on arrival were delicious! In strongly encourage anyone to stay here!"

"I usually walk into a VRBO and start cleaning, this place was immaculate!! I did not have to clean one thing! The kids had enough space and entertainment to keep them busy. "The property was close to the Ark Encounter and local shops. The interior was excellent and the whole family enjoyed it. Especially the downstairs. It has two arcade style games and a large tv. The house is in an older neighborhood but everyone seemed friendly. The host made sure we had all the information we needed and checked on us to make we had everything we needed (through the app). The outside bushes could use some work but the interior has definitely been updated. We will absolutely stay...
