"Place was great! Location was great! Our entire crew from back in the day met up and had a great time. Actually the first night we didnt even go out. Instead, we got carryout from Gomez Salsa and drinks from Kroger and enjoyed the rooftop and game room. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Thank you again for your hospitality!"

"We had a great stay in this unit. There was plenty of room for 2 couples. As mentioned by others, the Kroger is at the end of the block. The free connector is a little over a block away and will take you to the riverside area and the ballpark. We actually walked to and from the ballpark and it took between 10 and 15 minutes. There is a restaurant next door and a deli about 1/2 block. We did not eat at either but heard that the food was very good. We also went to the ARK Encounter and Creation...

"Unit is very well maintained and stocked. The stairs are wide and easily managed with suitcases...good exercise! Great location and very quiet because it is away from street and on top floor. "The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect location for visiting the Ark, the Creation Museum, and the Cincinnati Zoo. I didn't realize the laundry room is located in the basement and is shared with the first floor unit as well. Overall the property was clean. However, the shower curtain on the top level had scum and mildew on it and the comforter had 3 big stains. More furniture in the living room and porch would be nice as well. "Beautifully renovated loft apartment with lovely finishes and details. Generously sized main bedroom with 5-Star hotel bed and linens. Appreciated the extra large flat screen TV so my other half could watch the NBA playoffs as well as the Nespresso machine. Free on site parking is a major amenity in this neighborhood. You know it’s a good rental when you walk in and say, “I could live here”"

"The house was nice for the price. We were able to walk to several restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and we were not far from the downtown area. A couple of updates would help. The bathroom fan is noisy when first turned on. Also, the blinds were broken in a couple of spots so light came through. TV batteries were dead when we arrived but they dropped off replacements within a couple of hours, which was appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"The communication was very easy with Robby and he fulfilled all of our requests. The unit was spacious. The beds were super comfortable, however the pillows could have been better. The only downside of the stay was the traffic noise. There was consistent traffic noise well past 3:00am. So if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. We walked all over downtown and it was really easy to get to places. We had a fabulous time."

"The house was nice and well kept overall. Had a few small maintenance issues but the property manager responded immediately and took care it. She was extremely helpful and even opened up the pool so we enjoyed that. The house is a bilevel so keep in mind there are steps. But we would absolutely recommend this property."

"This cabin was just what we were looking for, for a getaway with friends. Great price for a last minute trip. Views from the cabin are beautiful. The cabin itself is also beautiful on the inside. The property manager was very friendly and responsive. I’d definitely consider renting here again, and maybe taking my family next time."
