"This property was very clean and we enjoyed our time here. It is conveniently located between The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum which is where we visited. We stopped at the Newport Aquarium on our way to The Upper Room and ate a delicious supper at Barbeque Bob's restaurant. The evening before we left we had ice cream at the little roadside diner on Main Street just down the road from The Upper Room. Thanks for allowing us to use the space."

"There was electrical tape holding the thermostat in the room in place and the tub faucet was loose at the base from the wall of the shower. Both were fully functional but could not have been missed by housekeeping or any inspection at all. The luggage cart we used had a wheel loose. 5 star experience if these minor repairs were attended to."
