“A lovely, quiet, renovated, quaint property that combines antique charms and modern conveniences. Serene pool that overlooks the lake, and backs up to a lush yard and forest! What more could you ask for? A fenced property for our city doggie to stretch her legs - she was in heaven. Our host cooked us a delicious breakfast which included homade pesto (from his garden!) and homade granola... divine. “This bnb is wonderful. The hosts are so welcoming and easy to talk to. Breakfast was soooo good and if you’re lucky enough to score on the scones get ready for the best you’ve ever eaten imo. Bedroom was clean, comfortable and private. It felt like home. The pool was perfect and just relaxing in an environment that’s so peaceful was exactly what we needed in such a noisy world. “If rustic charm is on your bucket list, the Kittle House is brimming it….older floorboards, wooden beams, and a copper ceiling in the taproom. There are modern amenities alongside older fixtures….that plumbing (3/4”?) provides a powerful shower! We stayed during the holidays, and the inn was decorated beautifully. Continental breakfast included. This hotel services an area in Westchester that has few options for lodgings. Fortunately, this inn is a wonderful option.”
