“The room was not clean as there was trash in the trash can. The sheets were not changed and clearly looked used. The sink was stuck and was not draining and desk clerk helped to open the stopper. The toilet was not working as the tank chain was broken and had to pull it from inside the water tank. When asked to change the room, they told us that the hotel is full.”
