“We were placed in an handicap accessible room when we did not register for that. The bathroom smelled very musty! Just not clean. The towels were old rough and worn. The carpet was dirty. We were not told we were being given a handicap accessible room, which by the way was on the 3rd floor?? Not offered the option of a queen room that as not handicap accessible. The website looked much much better than the actual room! Very Very Disappointed!”

“The room smelled of smoke, you must bring some air freshener with you. The air conditioner only came on if put on 62 degrees, then after doing that, it's freezing. The TV had lots of reasonable channels, the beds were comfortable, but bring your own sheets, and pillow cases, the sheets reeked of smoke. If you don't mind that there are noises from the traffic, and your neighbors, then this is for you. We couldn't get a good night's rest. We chose this hotel, because it was close to the casino……
