The staff was very friendly and hotel was a very nice hotel. It was very close to the train station which was the main purpose for this hotel stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pullman in Lyon was ideal as were were leaving by train the next day. Turned out not just convenient, it was an excellent hotel for many other great reasons! Very hospitable and highly recommended.

terrific location across rhone river from avignon. walked across bridge in about 15 minutes to palais de papes. nice large terrace on rooftop with tables and chairs and beautiful views of river, avignon, and surrounding countryside. on site parking for our rental car. our room had a private terrace with a view of river as well. small room but very clean and comfortable. just up the road on same side of river is avignon villeneauve which has a very interesting fort/abbey as well.

There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.

First, the hotel is beautiful and the ball is amazing!!!! The service is outstanding. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Lyon!!!

This is a lovely hotel, with very nice staff and a great breakfast. We chose this hotel mainly because of location and it has parking, but the whole experience has been great. The person at the front desk was so helpful in recommending a restaurant on a Sunday evening too. We have travelled the world and this is one of our favorites overall.

My daughter and I enjoyed our beautiful stay at okko hotel in Lyon, France! The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a nice breakfast! We LOVED our room!! Beautifully updated, clean, very comfortable bed and a beautiful balcony view! I would highly recommend!! We would stay here again.

Best feature is proximity (within a few minutes of walking) to transportation (across the street express train to/from airport, metro station, high speed train station). There is a mall next to the hotel. We are not too crazy about the fast food restaurants there, but they are convenient for emergency situation. The hotel is located in a very convenient location with easy walking access to all major touristic sites, cafes, and restaurants. Highly recommend getting a superior room with the River view. We had a very pleasant stay & enjoyed talking to friendly & helpful staff. It’s also close to the St Paul Train station.
