“We stayed there for one night. When we arrived, we found out the electricity and water were out. That happens, and it wasn’t in the hotel’s control. What was in their control is how they handle it. We weren’t offered any help unless we asked for it, the pool and indoor playground weren’t available because it was too dark - and given the bad weather these were the only relevant amenities. The hotel didn’t offer any compensation at all, and even declined our request for late checkout so we have……

“We had an exceptional one-night stay at the Rawley Resort. The location is amazingly beautiful and it's well set up for taking advantage of the scenery. The room was more than we expected and had a lovely view over the water (perfect at sunset). We had one evening meal and it was 10/10 perfect. Couldn't have been happier with the stay.”
