“We upgraded to the resort side. Spacious room was initially impressive however the hotels AC system was broken heating the hallways to 91 degrees making both the hallway and the rooms unbearably hot. Had to keep the AC running to even attempt to cool the room. Unfortunately the room was super dusty and dirty. You could see where they swept and hadn’t based on the thick layer of dust. Curtains were all worn and torn up. However when we reported it, they did send someone up to dust right away.……

“We always appreciate hotels that are pet free. Everything about this stay was wonderful.”

“The positives: Clean bed, linens and overall general upkeep was good. The negatives: Some standard items that I would have expected were missing. There was no full length mirror in the room to double check your outfit before heading out. I also didn't an ironing board or iron but this might be available at the front desk, I didn't ask as I didn't need it. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room. 2 bottles of water were provided and a mini fridge. The staff mentioned there was a Tims……

“It’s a brand new property, very well designed and maintained. The staff is more than willing to go the extra mile for any special requests. Breakfast buffet is very good , lots of hot items and spacious lounge area”
