"Convenient to restaurants and stores"

"Room was clean, but the neither of the bathroom outlets worked and neither did the phone. One of the front desk workers was very helpful, but the one that checked me into my room was rude and not helpful. She did not honor my Travelocity reservation price for the first night because “it didn’t show up in her system” even though I showed her the Travelocity booking confirmation and two Travelocity representatives tried to work the situation out. She was rude to them as well. This ended up costing me $70 extra, but it cost them a minimum of 6 nights reservations that I have now cancelled because I will not stay there again after this fiasco."

"We enjoyed our stay and this cozy little place as a Masters stopping off point. The hosts were nice and the home was as listed. A family with kids would enjoy the open area around the home. It’s not a resort, but it is clean, cozy, quite and safe. "

"The room is absolutely crawling with roaches. They are crawling up the walls and on every surface. I don't think anything has ever been cleaned in this room before. The bedding is dirty and stained. The towels had the last guest's hair still on them. There was no toilet paper, the TV remotes dont work, the plugs on the wall dont work,There was food on the floor under the beds. We unpacked nothing and slept fully clothed because it was late and we had no choice. I promise you they just made the beds back up without washing bedding, towels or cleaning a single thing and marked it ready for the next guest. This place is not fit for human use. It should not be cleaned, It should be burned down."

"I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the stay. There were too many rules and this made me feel uncomfortable. Even to use the rooms there were additional restrictions. Despite paying extra charges, we were required to clean, arrange the towels in the closet, wash, throw out the garbage and clean the refrigerator. I think it is not fair to pay an additional cost when practically one must do all the cleaning tasks.In addition, the extra charge of 59 and the constant instructions not to disturb the neighbors made me feel like we were not welcome, which negatively affected our experience.
