The hotel is a decent option in an attractive area of Tyson’s corner. An Ok hotel, good value for the price. Two downsides- the air conditioning is weak and intermittent and the water pressure is kept deliberately low everywhere - sinks/showers etc. Both easily fixable. We changed rooms but the issues remained. Staff is nice and responsive.

My experience with this hotel was horrible. I never had so much difficulty with a Hilton stay. 1st I have been over charged for my room. Stay was to be 166 for the night I was charged 216, plus I have a “pending charge” 295 dollars for the same room. I’m talked to Ruby the lady at the front desk 4 times about it. They kept saying they didn’t have a card for my stay when they took my card 3 times telling me they needed to hold a 50 dollar deposit that I never got back yet. I have a pending message out to the manager there now. I have an over charge and 300 more pending. I was not the only customer there complaining about being over charged and having multiple charges for there hotel rooms. Also, by no fault of my own I absolutely left a 50 dollar poster I purchase on the desk of the hotel room I was staying in. I was on the road home and could not turn back. I called 30 minutes after I left, asking the same front desk person if they can mail me the poster, I verbally authorized they could charge me for the mailing cost, I was told they would look into it and call me back. I never was called back. I called the next day. Ruby the same front desk person said to me “oh no one ever calls back”. Said they didn’t find the poster and apologized. I know I left it there and exactly where I left it. That one is my fault, but that tells me one of the staff or someone employed there took it.
