"My check-in was not great since for some reason I had a very small room with a queen bed and in the second floor where we had to go up about ten steps...I had stayed in a larger (although not great room) a week earlier and had even requested a paid upgrade for the last few days of my trip."

Other tourist attractions such as Hofburg Palace, Spanish Riding School, Rathaus, Vilksgarten, etc. are all easily walkable from the hotel. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with numerous options and there are many dining options ranging from wurstel stands to cafes to Michelin starred restaurants within a few blocks. There is also a lot of shopping options within this area ranging from souvenir shops to chocolatiers such as Lindt’s and higher end stores such as Swarovski. Highly recommend this hotel!"
