"was not provided with a Ground floor Suite. Instead was provided with a Simple Motel quality room on the 2nd floor, that lacked Any furniture = Nowhere to sit. No complimentary Safe. Poor internet access. Soft bed, with Extra-Large pillows = too full / bad for the neck. The Food was fair / Ok. Nothing Special, even in the better restaurants. Had to reserve a table each day = A Real Hassle. 3rd -World quality Shuttle bus to get around the resort. Water drinks and low quality beer / wine.Security...

"Perfect location for 2 families to share a place on the beach. We were far enough away from the disco area so that it wasn’t too loud at night. We chose not to do the all inclusive option which was nice as it gave us some flexibility the chance to check out some local restaurants lnearby. We were still able to use the main pools and the beach area. "

"No provision was made for our arrival after 4 pm. Other kind residents of the condo building came to our rescue, tracked down the keys and showed us in. The host’s rules for the apartment were posted in the kitchen (like no smoking, no pets, electrical consumption, etc.) but were not stipulated at the time of renting. That could have caused a problem for some people. A/c in the living room was unreliable and the host was very slow to respond to messages. Wifi signal was weak—no wifi in one...
