The room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived about 30 minutes after the check in time. It took about 2 hours to finally have the room cleaned and ready. I wished a smooth check in process and parking information before arriving.

Appreciated our stay which was so conveniently across from the DCL Destiny terminal. We requested our tower an upgraded to the cruise ship terminal view. Was not a fan of the double doors for the bathroom. Our last stay had the one door which slid across if I recall.

amazing hotel! conveniently located close to the air port and the cruise port. food and groceries within walking distance. the hotel was beautiful and the bar was nice. we got two 2 free drink tickets! 10/10 hotel. would gladly stay again.

Great proximity to airport and cruise port. The hotel shuttle does charge a fee which is per person so if you are more than one person in your group, it’s cheaper to take a taxi or uber. $15US with tip included to airport, a bit less to cruise port. The hotel was great but if you are on the street ...
