"Pros: - Well maintained property and garden, and pool. - Very pleasant view of the Luberon. - Easy access to the many walks, local villages, small towns and tourist spots in the Luberon and Vaucluse. - The local town of Coustellet has everything one needs including a weekly Sunday market and two large supermarkets. Cons: - The wall between two of the bedrooms is thin. - Some background noise from the main road can be heard from the garden."

The property is brand new, beautifully designed and well equipped, no compromises made by the owners. The highlight of the villa is its incredible view on the castle of Ansouis from the living area, terrace and garden. The surrounding area has hardly any traffic, so its very quiet. "We had a lovely time staying at Pascale's place near Rustrel. It's perfect for a stay with multiple families with sufficient good sized rooms spread around the house to give everyone enough space. The communal spaces are great size too with multiple options to spend your time. The fact all rooms have an en-suite bathroom is a very nice bonus too! The outside areas are lovely - and it's great the pool has a fence if you are on holiday with little ones."

"The area was beautiful and the villa was a good size for my family. We found the villa a little tired and it would benefit from a little updating. The pool area could be even better if it were refurbished. Overall we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return as we loved the area."

Thanks to the owners Pierre and Sylvie who were both helpful and welcoming while being very considerate of our privacy. Highlights of this beautiful area included the Apt market, Avignon, Aix, Carpentras, Roussillon, Fontaine de Vaucluse including canoeing on the Sorgue, Colorado Aventure Acrobranche tree adventure...

"The Villa Du Lac is a beautiful villa on the picturesque Pont Royal Golf Course. It had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday with plenty of space for our family of four. It is extremely well equipped with all the necessary amenities that you would expect including a dishwasher, washing machine etc. and an amazing swimming pool which was so welcome given the high June temperatures. On arrival, the villa was impeccably clean and Ann showed us around and was always on hand if we had any...
