Beautiful getaway
My husband and I spent our 10 year anniversary here and we absolutely loved it. Steps from the beach and it wasn't super busy. Lovely place we will attempt to come back to.

I found the property to have an infestation of both ants and cockroaches. I contacted the host regarding my concerns, and they offered to stop by to spray some Raid. I chose to decline this request. I found the property to be held to a lower standard of cleanliness than other places I’ve stayed. I wish there’d been a review like mine to deter me from booking.

Wonderful stay! At the top of the boardwalk was amazing! Grassy frontage was perfect for beach book reading! Bikes helped us enjoy the incredible boardwalk!!! Loved it. Would so stay again!!!

Perfect little place on the beach
The two of us stayed here and it was just perfect. The decor is lovely and there was so much room for such a small space. Lots of great storage areas. Kitchen was nice and had just about everything you could need. This studio looks out to the pool next door. The beach is on the other side of the building and it takes about one minute to walk from the apartment to the beach. There is an amazing outdoor area with a lawn and chairs that looks directly at the beach. The entrance to the boardwalk was about a one minute walk from the apartment. They provide beach towels, chairs and two bikes which were all in good shape. The communication from the host was excellent. Overall staying here was a lovely experience and I would happily stay here again.

Great location by the beach!
Suzy’s place was literally steps from the boardwalk and the beach, which we loved! She was also very communicative when we had questions and the scrapbook of important information and recommendations was a great touch. If you love mermaid/beach decor, this places has it all. Parking was confusing at first since the lot is across the street next to the 7-11, so unloading and loading luggage required a little extra effort but it was manageable. However, having a designated space was great. There is a lot of construction going on in the area as a hotel is being built next door, so be prepared to hear the construction going on. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed our mini-moon at VA beach!

Awesome place!
We really enjoyed our beach vacation in this adorable studio. Very convenient location, only steps to the beach, beautifully decorated and so many amenities. There were bikes, beach chairs, beach bag and a cooler for us to use. We were also greeted with a tray full of cookies and wine on the bed as soon as we walked in. We will most definitely stay again and we highly recommend this place for your next beach vacation!

Fun on the Beach
The location is what's so killer about this property. It's right on the beach, and at the beginning of the boardwalk. We took the bikes out one morning and rode all the way up the boardwalk; it was nice to be located right at the beginning of it. While there are no beach views, you don't have to walk more than 100 feet to get them. The price was great, the host was great, and the space is beautiful and fun. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Virginia Beach.

Perfect location!
Absolutely amazing experience. Suzy was perfectly communicative — enough to know what was going on, but not so much it felt obtrusive. She definitely went the extra mile to make sure my stay was excellent. The location is perfect — right next to the beach, excellent restaurants nearby (Eat and Pacifico — or go to the Cavalier!), and a numbered parking space. Definitely will stay here again — hope it’s available next summer!

Great Getaway to Mermaid Life!
Suzy was one of the best hosts we have ever had while traveling. We drove down from NY and could not be happier with our stay! The unit is furnished and stocked with everything you may need, from beach chairs for relaxing on the sand to bicycles for riding down the boardwalk. The location was great, with access to the beach/boardwalk being right there. Would definitely love to visit again!

Was perfect size for the two of us. Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Far enough away from the crowds but close enough to walk anywhere. Suzy is a pleasure to work with even though we didn’t have any problems during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Might be the best spot on Virginia Beach
If you want a perfect place place for quiet but close to the action I’m not sure you could pick a better spot. Suzy is great to deal with and made sure our check in was super easy. The studio was perfect for our 3 and 5 year old. Perfect size and had everything we needed!

Perfect for Our Little Getaway!
We were driving back from New York and decided to spend a couple of days in Virginia Beach. The studio was just what we needed. Accessing the studio was a little tricky and parking was located across the street next to a 7-Eleven store (which was a little difficult for loading and unloading) but, other than that, everything was great. The studio had everything we needed.

The location of this rental was great, just a few minutes until you’re on the sand. The studio was supplied with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. The owner had beach chairs, towels, a bag and games. The owners also left a cute informational scrapbook with restaurant recommendations and emergency numbers.

This studio has it all! Comfort, Cleanliness, Necessities.... It is beautifully decorated. And, Suzy was the most delightful hostess! Although, we thought the unit had an oceanfront view, it was facing the pool belonging to the northside building next door. To get to the ocean, one must walk around the entire building. However, there is the most wonderful grass covered courtyard with seating for guests which was like sitting right on the beach! An Embassy Suites is being built VERY close to the unit... There is construction noise, currently, even at night.
