“My wife has been coming to Oglebay for the majority of her life and for her it’s become a tradition to visit. I have only been to the property twice and although I think it is very nice, improvements need to be made:
1. Both the indoor and outdoor pools need to be refurbished IMMEDIATELY! Both are gross! At a bare minimum, a fresh coat of paint would be helpful.
2. Carpeting throughout the entire resort needs replacing.
3. Some staff members are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Many are……

“The property and staff are amazing. Lots to do if you bring the kiddos, the kids camp let's adults relax and enjoy amenities. The one thing the property can work on is the food menu; more variety is needed. The Red Horse Tavern is a 5-minute walk into town and has the best food!! ”
