"The house was bright, clean, modern, equipped with all facilities (such as pool and hot tub- always warm), BBQ, entertainment- TV’s in all rooms, pool table and fuzeball, pool toys, all necessary appliances and dishes. Perfect for all ages. It soon felt like home and was a much needed retreat after busy days at parks. Also liked that it was part of a resort and we also enjoyed the larger pool, play area, and lazy river. Would recommend and also hope to go back."

Only a few minor issues: There was supposed to be coffee to gets us started and there was none. The internet went out first night which was required to operate the TVs I reached out about it and never heard back and never got fixed. The propane grill by the pool did not have propane. "Hosts responded quickly. Paid for three days of pool & spa heat, and,while the heat was turned on, the spa jets didn't work (we were told- after paying- that they were waiting for a part). So, we didn't really get to use the spa. I bought a bottle of spray bleach to address some areas of mold in the shower (esp at the bend of the shower hose). Some plates in cupboard had food on. Husband noted water on the top of doorway going to a bedroom and buildup of dust on ceiling vent in living ving...

One thing to note: this listing does not provide any toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap and items like that. We were traveling by plane and unexpectedly needed to go buy those items once we arrived.
