It's a really lovely place, with amazing pool and lovely views. Staffs are very friendly, who provided free shuttle service frequently. The lack of wifi in rooms is the only drawback.
It is a nice hotel/residence with free beach. The wifi works really well all over the structure and the village is only 10 minutes walk away. They also provide a free shuttle from the port at your arrival and the whole staff is very helpful and willing to advise and make your stay really pleasant. ...
Very pleased with the hotel and plan to go back this Spring. Extremely friendly and helpful and in a beautiful location; it's really a mini resort. We stayed only one night after climbing Vulcano. Had a very nice chat with Franco, the owner who can fill you in on where other attractions are in the ...

Said that the two bedroom unit was poorly kept (thick scale on all taps, broken shower cabin...), no breakfast, WiFi available only in the reception building. NO room service. Only wire transfer, check or cash was accepted for payment. The ...
Bella zona piscina, molto gradita dal bimbo. Cucina non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. In complesso comunque tutto ok.

On the negative side, the rooms could use some additional soundproofing (quite some noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms). Some of the staff ...
Not many guests because of low season but excellent choice for us. The lady at reception did everything, ran the office, cleaned our room, met out needs. She was excellent. Very good location walking from town, easy to find, close to the main attraction: Vulcano. A wonderful and memorable hike.
