The staff were exemplary. Service was excellent. The grounds and view were amazing. The food and service was excellent. The Michelin restaurant was amazing with local wine pairing. I will return. It was a magical stay

Great location and views, however incredibly overcrowded communal areas during the day (pool oversubscribed, reception cluttered with early arrivals). The room was spacious however incredibly damp and humid, noticeable on every wall. Air-con was in the room but basically didn’t condition the rooms ...

It's a really lovely place, with amazing pool and lovely views. Staffs are very friendly, who provided free shuttle service frequently. The lack of wifi in rooms is the only drawback.

Vulcano was a great stay for a few days. There is a lot of outdoor activities to engage in. We took a bike ride to the other side of the island and back to enjoy the non-touristy beaches and restaurants. Very beautiful!
