"The biggest reasons for my poor review were that they did not ever clean the room while we were there, despite being asked and that much of what was promised online (rooftop, lobby lounge, satellite tv) were not actually provided. Other than breakfast, it is a bare-basics place. Clean room to start with, not much more."

"Our stay at Petra Heart Hotel has been amazing! The room is clean, comfortable and updated. The beds are super comfortable. It is close to many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel comes with free breakfast which were all tasty. Most of all, it’s within 5 minute drive to Petra Visitor Center. The hotel Manager, Narati, has been very helpful who gave useful tips visiting Petra as well as restaurants recommendations. He’s very friendly and always willing to help to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is an excellent value for your money! "

"I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were absolutely great - welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness really made the experience even better. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets - pure magic in the evening. I am a sunset lover and watching the sunset from the balcony was simply incredible. My room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day exploring Petra. The location is ideal, very close to the Petra Visitor Center, which makes it perfect for an early bird visit before the crowds arrive. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I would definitely come back."
