Frolic with amazing sunny beach runs by day, and peaceful tropical tranquility by night with 2 private suites in our manicured gated community with full golf course views, partial ocean views and nightly sunsets from our villa. Enjoy the morning birds and breeze on our secluded lanai without a car, road or parking lot in sight. Then...

A full beach excursion closet awaits your stay with boogie boards, snorkel masks, fins, beach chairs, sun canopy, basketball, tennis balls/racquets, putters and tote bags. Separate beach towels are provided for your beach runs. Just grab and go! Tennis, pickle and basketball are a minute walk away.

Our guests are treated to a higher level of comfort and amenities! No more dull knives, missing grilling or kitchen essentials. Instead, you'll have quality TP, paper towels, backup grill propane, DW/laundry detergent, soap, bandaids, batteries, charging ports, coffee grinder, hair dryers... it's all here. All you need is the food and drink you love, and we'll provide the down time to enjoy them.

Numerous amazing Golf courses and beaches are within 20 minutes, both famous and secluded. Pack a lunch, pick your destination and spend the day! A quick stroll on soft grass next to the golf course and you’re at our private Ocean Club pool/restaurant/bar overlooking ~180 degree ocean views by day and stunning sunsets by night.

Our home is ideal for 4 people, with 2 private suites where it's all serenely quiet, peaceful and dark! Both suites have comfortable cal-king beds, private bath, ultra-quiet ceiling fan and tv. The master suite has partial ocean and full golf course views if you want to sit there looking out the bedroom window, but it's much better from the lanai or Ocean Club! The hall bath is adjacent to the second suite and offers a tub/shower combo and can be closed off as part of the 2nd suite if desired.

The new, modern kitchen accessories and outdoor grill make all culinary options available. Since we live here often and know what it's like to be on vacation, we personally keep our home fully stocked!

If you wonder about the exact location of our villa, we are in Building 5 and our flag on Vrbo is extremely accurate, where no other Hali'i Kai units look into our private lanai. Many other Hali'i Kai "garden view" units located in the back Palms area have central facing lanais which all face each other providing minimal privacy but have the same gorgeous Hali'i Kai landscaping, nonetheless. Given the unique location of our place, we have very minimal foot traffic that passes by, again privacy and seclusion. The Hilton, while it may look as though it is close to us in the photos is a full football field away across 2 golf fairways. The only sounds we might typically hear while sitting outside on our lanai are the frustrated golfers after a shot.

Our goal is to provide you with the same ideal vacation experience we encountered many times as guests with our parents and family at other wonderful villas here at Hali'i Kai. We think we have learned from the spots that were generic, and those which were exceptional and hope your experience with us exceeds them all!

I cannot express how great this trip was for my husband and I. We have stayed at several different condos on property that nowhere compared to this condo. The owners check on us throughout the visit and made us feel completely welcome. The moment we arrived we will most definitely Booking this condo again next year. kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance needed clothes, washing soap was there they had a closet filled with extra towels and supplies. They had bags for the beach chairs for the beach. You just couldn’t imagine anything that they left out love out on the outdoor patio watching the golfers golf and seeing the ocean also, the end

Exactly as advertised. Owners are incredibly thoughtful and had ensured condo was well stocked with all basic necessities including quality kitchen supplies and beach supplies. Items for guest use (e.g. beach chairs, kitchen knives, etc.) were of good quality and in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Condo was quiet, did not hear any noise from neighbouring units. Lance and Susan were quick to answer our questions. Property clean, lots of kitchen supplies and other "stuff" you might need since they stay there at times. Two bedroom arrangement worked very nicely. View from patio is great; well-kept grass, view of golf course and good walking conditions. Ground floor makes coming and going easy. Not a lot of activity in other units; almost as if we had it all to ourselves.

We were all delighted by the best vacation home rental from day 1 to the our departure day after a week’s stay. The location is perfect ,beautiful and good natural privacy screens, green and colorful. The home was well maintained, clean, well stocked with essentials one would need in a home, from kitchen to bathrooms, and beach . The hosts put a lot of thought into making everyone’s stay perfect . We would stay here again the next time we visit the Big Island . It is the perfect location, just beside Hilton Vacations Club, with the King’s and Queen’s shopping places in nice walking distance , and the Island Gourmet Market place /grocery just a 1.1 mile very short drive or walking. Fabulous Condo in Hali 'i' Kai
We have stayed in Hali 'i' Kai many times in the past 10 years. This condo was one of the best we stayed in here, as it was extremely clean, well organized with very thoughtful Hosts/Owners. They provided great beach essentials and a well stocked kitchen! The communication between the Hosts and our family was awesome and helpful! These Hosts/owners care about your stay which you experience once you walk through their condo door. They show their thoughtfulness through the amazing cleanliness and organization of their condo. Perfect spot for Hawaiian Dream Vacation!
We loved our stay at this property. The house was clean, quiet, and the beds are super comfortable. They have everything you need to head the beach: snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler bags, shade canopy, and more! Another special part about this property is the access to the Ocean Club which has a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean and a restaurant that has really tasty food. Plus local live music on the weekends at the club was a treat. This property is also close to some of the best beaches on the island. We would stay here again and hope we get to!

Couldn't Ask for a Better Property on the Big Island!
We spent two wonderful weeks at this condo in beautiful Hali’i Kai, a very quiet gated community right on the ocean in Waikoloa. We particularly loved sunsets at the ocean-front pool and dinner at the adjoining private Ocean Club restaurant, which had surprisingly good food (we ate there several times during our stay). The private, well-furnished and tastefully decorated two-bedroom unit has a great layout overlooking the golf course and a partial view of the ocean from the patio - a pleasant setting for morning coffee. The attentive owners have provided literally everything you might need, from beach chairs, umbrella, towels, tote bag, cooler with pre-frozen ice packs, and snorkel equipment, right down to a selection of condiments and office supplies. A very nice welcome gift greeted us upon arrival at this spotless unit. The private covered parking space is also a nice feature. I believe Lance & Susan live on-island and use the unit frequently, so they stay on top of any maintenance issues – and it shows! They seem to genuinely care about their guests and respond almost immediately to any request. We’ve stayed in Kona in the past, but infinitely prefer Waikoloa. We couldn’t imagine a better location on the Big Island than Villa 5B Hali’i Kai, or better hosts than Lance and Susan.

Look no further, this condo is awesome! We absolutely loved everything about the condo, the property and all the amenities offered! What you see in the VRBO photos is exactly how it looks upon arrival and spotless when you walk in the door. Comfortable beds, nice linens & towels. Amazing Property
My wife and I celebrated my birthday at this wonderful condo. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home and more. You can almost consider this two master beds as the second be has a great sliding door for privacy. The deck was very pleasant and we spent most morning enjoying breakfast and watching the golfers go by. The neighborhood pool / restaurant / bar is spectacular! Right at the end of the complex overlooking the ocean. Great service and the food was excellent. The owner communication was excellent while checking in and out was a breeze. We had a relaxing and pleasant stay only wishing we could have stayed longer. We strongly recommend this unit!

My Husband and I stayed here for a week! Lance and Susan are fantastic hosts. They respond so quickly to any questions we had. We had an issue with the AC not working properly and it was fixed in less than 12 hours. It never bothered us as we were out and about most of the day. The place was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at. We went and used the pool a couple of the days we were there and ate at the ocean club beach house for lunch. They literally have EVERYTHING to make your beach days out and about pleasurable! Chairs, snorkel masks and flippers, a beach umbrella, beach bag, cooler bag and ice packs in the freezer!! It was so quiet and relaxing here! I am only sad we had to leave! I will be recommending this place to all my friends back on the mainland. Some other items to note: Kona is about 35 min away, Volcano National Park is about 2hrs from the time you leave to the park entrance. Therefore plan for a long day of driving we packed lunch and explored that whole Side of the island left at 5:00am and didn’t get back until 10pm that night after stopping in Hilo for dinner. It was a great “exploration” day! Thanks again Lance and Susan!!

Relaxing, Relaxing, Relaxing! Lance & Susan have set up a very cozy, clean, and comfortable unit for your get-away-from-it-all vacation. Did I mention it was relaxing??? Being the very last development before the sea and the adjacent massive Hilton hotel, you will enjoy an expansive & unobstructed view during sunsets off of the lanai with peaks at the ocean. A very short and beautiful stroll along the soft green grass takes you to an ocean-front view and a perfect place to enjoy amazing sunsets with a drink in your hand. Wonderful and very attractive pool and lounge area, along with a bar & restaurant with good food and great live music on the weekends. Everyone working at this property went out of their way to be kind & helpful during our stay. Tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and a putting course just beyond the front door were a great bonus (all equipment to enjoy these amenities was available in our unit, along with pretty much all the beach gear you could ever want). We appreciated the treats and extras left in the the panty and refrigerator for us. But the highest marks are for Lance and his near-immediate responses to any message we sent or question we asked. So helpful. It was a perfect set-up for our family of 3: mom & dad in the main suite and our teenager in the other room with it’s own king bed, bathroom, and sliding door that made it feel almost like a lock-off. Needless to say, this will be our first choice when returning to the Waikoloa area. :)
