"The property was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, although minor enhancements would improve the overall guest experience. While basic pantry essentials such as salt and pepper were absent, the unit was well-stocked with cleaning supplies, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additionally, the assigned parking space is located at an inconvenient distance from the unit. Please be advised that travel times from this location are approximately 90 minutes to Hilo, two and a half hours to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, and nearly one hour to the Kona coffee farms. For more cost-effective grocery options, please visit the Island grocery store located in the Queens' Marketplace."

"The hosts were very helpful, giving advice on eateries and other attractions. The unit itself is amazingly stocked, all of the amenities you can think you will need were available and in excellent condition. The unit was clean and comfortable with enough room for our family to spread out and enjoy our stay. There are so many things to do on the island and coming “home” to a nice condo after being out and about makes the trip even better!"

"Staff were very friendly from the moment you walk into their office to check in. Rooms were clean and met our needs. I didnt know the gameroom could be reserved and their was a birthday party the day we tried to use it but its ok we still used the pool and now know in advance we can book a reservation for it. Mahalo"
