Incredible view

This property is in a small but quiet complex that was incredible and very well maintained which was perfect for us. The owners have thought of everything and you can tell they have put love and aloha in to their place. We will definitely return!

Wonderful Stay

This property is as advertised and then some. It enjoys a spectacular location in a delightful community right nearby to the community pool & bar/restaurant. The owners were great to work with; even coming by on short notice when we had a small issue with an appliance. You won’t be disappointed here.

The unit we stayed in was fantastic! We truly enjoyed it and would stay there again. The staff and service at the beach club were super, and the pool and views were phenomenal. Our two year old son loved the "lagoon style" pool and our overall experience was great! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Paradise!

We had a lovely stay at Hali’i Kai 15B! Lots of whales to watch from the lanai, and the condo well stocked with beach supplies etc. the Ocean Club was great as always- shout out to our favorite server Kathy! Excellent communication with our hosts. Highly recommend.

Total relaxation

We loved this property. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and we looked forward to watching the sun set every night. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The property pool and gym were really nice and we also enjoyed having a bar/restaurant so close. It was an easy drive to great beaches and fun adventures. The owners were very helpful and gave great local advice. Highly recommend!

Paradise Found!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this condo. The exterior view was spectacular! We watched spinner dolphins right from the lanai. The pool and Ocean Club area was a great place to hang out and relax. The condo's interior had all of the comforts of home. It was the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed in. The owner, Jeff, was very personable and eager to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental!

Relaxing Getaway!

Hali'i Kai is a great place to stay on the Big Island and Jeff's condo makes your stay even better. The condo is equipped with everything you could need for a vacation whether you want to hang out and relax or be "on the go". The views are amazing and tranquil. The condo itself is cozy and comfortable - great sheets and towels, including beach towels. I can't think of one thing that's missing from this unit. Jeff is a gracious and responsive host.

Amazing!

This is the second time we have stayed at Hali'i Kai 15b....we were not disappointed, their house is lovely.. Kerry and Sue are wonderful....they were quick to respond to questions and concerns. You have the staples that you need in the kitchen and throughout the house....they even provide beach chairs and towels if you go off property. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Great repeat visit!

We once again enjoyed our stay in unit 15B. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo is very comfortable! The property changed hands from the time our reservation was first made for this year, which was a little worrisome. No need! The new owners are great with communication and live on the island. It was nice to know, though we had no need to contact them. We hope to return soon!

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our time staying in Hali'i Kai. The accommodations were very nice, and appeared as described. The location of the unit was great, in that it had a direct sea view and was a very short walk to the clubhouse and pool. Our family enjoyed using the pool and hot tub, and we ate at the restaurant multiple times because the food was quite good and it was so convenient to walk there rather than get in the car and drive elsewhere. There is a walking path called fisherman's trail right outside the property that we used to walk to the Hilton Waikoloa one day (so the kids could go to Dolphin Quest and spend a day at the resort pools) and to walk to the 49 Black Sand beach. The walk takes you along some very impressive coastline.

Another great stay in paradise

This was our second stay in Kerry & Sue's unit and it was every bit as good as the first one. Sue worked alongside her cleaners to allow us to check in a few hours early and she was a joy to meet. The unit is outfitted with every cooking utensil, dish, pot, food storage item as well as boogie boards, fins, beach towels and lots of coffee pods. The location is spectacular with ever-changing ocean views off the patio and a just short stroll to the Beach Club. Just minutes from golf courses. Sue was extremely responsive to our needs and suggested a few ideas for activities and fresh fish purchases that we really enjoyed. This is five stars in every way and we look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful Property

Kerry and Sue were absolutely awesome in their communication and recommendations for us! The property was new, clean, and had everything we needed (everything). Kitchen has everything and we really appreciated the beach & snorkeling gear (they have chairs, umbrellas, boards, snorkeling gear). The complex is great as is the pool & little bar/restaurant! We wasted our money on a resort pass for the Hilton next door one day and would have rather just stayed at the complex’s pool instead and just walked the Hilton’s property (which is always nice). The view was incredible and we saw pods of dolphins in the morning and the sunsets never get old! Walking distance to a great snorkeling area in the lagoon by the Hilton. This place is perfect in every way & we can’t wait to come back.

Hawaiian Perfection!

Just got back yesterday from our week and wanted to review it right away! We can't wait to go back! The unit was spotless. The grounds were spotless. The pool was perfect! We got to watch the sunset right from our patio and the location was a short drive from some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen and we've been to Hawaii on a few occasions. I was there with my wife and my two kids 7 & 9. We highly recommend the short drive to Mauna Kea Beach. Amazing! Jeff the Owner was amazing as well. Traveling with two small kids, we had lots of questions and Jeff was always quick with a helpful response. Can't recommend the place enough! We'll be back!

Family Getaway

Vacation with my 85 year old mom who hasn’t been to Hawaii in 20 years as well as my youngest son and daughter in law who are pregnant with my first grandchild. What a precious time of relaxing and enjoying the beauty and sunshine of Hawaii. Love the Waikoloa area and the condo was wonderful. Great memories made. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

Outstanding as expected

The villa was very clean and the view from the lanai is as beautiful as pictured! Perfect for our family of four with 13 and 9 year old, would book again without hesitation. Sue was amazingly responsive and helpful, big mahalo to her!

Wonderful place to stay!

Haliikai 15b was by far one of the best places I’ve stayed for vacation! The owners have definitely exceeded our expectations with the amenities and everything provided in the condo that one would need! There was not one thing that we had to go and purchase! The owners were very responsive and kept me updated with details prior to our visit. We will definitely re-book for the next visit!

Just gorgeous

Our God makes such beautiful places!! The property is amazing. We had everything we needed and more. Beds slept well. Had coffee (furnished) watching the sunrise and the blue Pacific water. Area was beautiful and quite. Snorkeling gear and other fun time stuff provided. Took a lava rock path to see the sunrise. Pool was great, restaurant food was good and staff was nice. Lots to do in the area. Food is expensive but Walmart is only 20 or so miles away

Beautiful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was well stocked with beach gear, so that made packing much easier. The views were amazing - we saw several whales while sitting on the patio. The proximity to golf courses was excellent. One thing to note, the pool closes at 8:00 and if you were going there later in the day, they seemed to frequently run out of towels.
