“I ended up booking this for a family member at the last minute. I would not recommend. She reported that the bedsheets were stained.”

“The hotel.is in a great location. However, our room had a malfunctioning air conditioner, very old school. It was either an ice box or you had to unplug it which the room would then get hot. Our second night it went from ice cold to blowing hot air. We didnt touch it. There was no wifi in our room either. We had some work to do on the laptop but couldnt do it in our room. The management didn't want to listen and said we were wrong. They were absolutely the worst part of our stay. Will never stay……

“Hotel pool was not operational even though on line they stated it was working. When I checked in I was told I did not have a double queen room and was told I could get two separate rooms even though I am traveling with a 10 year old and 13 year old. TV was not working. Called downstairs to get help and no one came. Went down stairs 30 minutes later and then someone followed me up. Overall I wish I could get my money back. I will not be staying at a Hampton inn again.”

“Room had bugs and roaches and was not clean. Staff was rude about it. There were bugs in the bed and the front desk lady response was " Thats their natural habitat" as she refused to assist with the matter.”
