"This is a property where you can just tell they are pinching pennies in every way possible. Housekeeping every other day, without the ability to request daily. Not running air conditioning in the hallways other than the lobby (wild choice in 90+ degree heat). My room had a musty smell that was coming right out of the air conditioner. Mirrors and floors weren’t really cleaned between guests - still had visible dirt/spills/stains. It worked for what it was, but I will look elsewhere next time."

"The elevator was not working after we came back from our concert. Wecould not get to the room as we were on the highest floor. When the elevator started working it was really late, so we checked out. Our floor was hot and smelled of weed. The front office staff was friendly. Kia was very helpful"

"The hotel, amenities and shuttle were nice. Just don’t stay in room 621 - lots of plumbing issues. Toilet didn’t flush and shower didn’t drain. It was all reported to the front desk."
