"Room was dirty! Shower had hair in it and beds had dirt/ lint on them."

"Bedbugs, definately had the creepy crawlies. There was also a fd agent obsessed with making sure the guests said "hi" to him. Even chasing a guest down just to make sure the guest said "hi" back. Weird vibes, not my cup of tea."

"The staff was fabulous upon check in. I was shocked there wasnt any usb plugs or c plugs in the room. Those features are standard and should be addressed by updating the alarm clock st minimum. "

"When we checked into the hotel, we noticed that one of the two elevators was out of service, and this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. At the time, it seemed like a minor inconvenience, and we were otherwise enjoying our stay. However, when we returned later, we discovered that the second elevator was also not working—leaving the hotel with no functioning elevators at all. This created a difficult situation for my children and me, as we were tired and had to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor. This experience was frustrating and could have been handled better with clear communication and a contingency plan for guests. While we appreciated other aspects of the stay, this issue significantly impacted our overall experience."

"That was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff were terrible, tried to con me into taking a room less than i paid for. When questioned, i was threatened with refund late in the night. The first a series of crazy occurrence at this crazy hotel. Wish there's a way i can sue them. A most terrible experience "
