Terry is a great Host. Apartment is very modern and clean. Tery has gone over and beyond on quality. I would stay there again.

I stayed here recently and had mixed feelings about the experience. On the plus side, the hotel was very clean housekeeping clearly does a thorough job, and the rooms and common areas were well-kept throughout my stay. Unfortunately, a few issues held this back from being a great stay. The shower had no hot water for the duration of my visit. I reported it to the maintenance team, and while they did come to check it out, the problem was never actually resolved , I ended up taking cold showers the whole time. The location also comes with some noise challenges. There’s a fair amount of road noise that carries into the rooms, so light sleepers should be aware. On top of that, some rooms are situated close to the public spaces, which meant I could hear guests in those areas late into the night. Between the traffic outside and the noise from inside, getting a good night’s sleep was difficult.

We weren’t put on a higher floor as indicated at booking. When questioned we were told there was a leak/problem on 5th floor. Hoping for another corner room on a higher floor [than 1] we were shown alternative rooms that were smaller. Additionally the pillows were stained with red juice or wine. Considering the newness of the hotel more was expected. The front desk manager, Ebony was firm and proactive with training she’ll be a great. However the hotel could do better should be better considering the growth of guests and expected.
