“Shampoo and conditioner are not included, but never mentioned on the hotel website. Our room was tilted so badly, our suitcase rolled by itself for at least 4 feet til it hit the wall. “The room was very dated and even after a claimed refurbish was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Water sprayed sideways from the faucet, TV turned on but no sound, bathroom had old fixtures and there was a hissing/buzzing electrical sound coming from the wall. Outside paint was cracking and there were spider webs on chairs and rails. Didn't stick around for the limited continental breakfast.”

“Overall, we had a very good stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff and amenities were fantastic. Everything about the experience was five-star except for the bed. Unfortunately, the mattress was extremely soft almost like sleeping in mush and provided very little support, which wasn’t great for my back. A firmer, more supportive mattress would have made the stay nearly perfect. Other than that, we were very pleased with everything.”
