“The suite is old, and so may not appeal to everyone. It doesn't have AC so could be a hot box in summer, but there are plenty of fans and lots of open windows. “The Emilyville Inn is a nice, old and cozy inn with modern features. The room was comfortable and had good air conditioning. The bathroom had modern updates and everything worked perfectly. The host was very responsive. The shared facilities included living rooms, a dining room and a well-appointed kitchen. “I stayed here for four nights. The room was clean and quiet. Quiet until the fourth day when a woman with a dog occupied the room beside me. She left the dog in the room for three hours and it barked non-stop. So, be prepared to hear your neighbor if you are unfortunate enough to have one who is inconsiderate. Otherwise, for the price, this hotel is worth the stay. There's several places to eat within a two to five minute walk.”

“My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel, Saturday, July 4th. The staff was pleasant. The room was fairly clean. The bed was not as comfortable as I expected. This hotel needs renovation big time. The A/C in our room was very noisy. The fan came on every few minutes. Continental breakfast was fairly standard. The worst experience we had with this hotel was that there was a party of 12 people in the parking lot right outside our window. Our room was on the 2nd floor but we heard……

TV screen was so dirty it had streaks and a thick film . Room smelled like cigarettes.. air conditioner did not blow cold and was very smelly/ humid air coming out .. bed had multiple layers of padding and sheets making it lumpy and disgusting.. asked for another room and this was given but second room……

I don’t usually like breakfast at hotels but I must say that this one surprised me! So much to choose from and lots of seating! I would return again and recommend to our friends & family!”
