This place is 110+ years old and really a delight to stay in because they haven't changed things very much. Gives you a snapshot of how hotels operated a century ago.

Nice staff. Modern styling. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Good price. I'd stay here again.

The check-in process was quick and the staff was very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and the temperature in the room was right where we wanted it to be. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations and was amazing. The staff member that was in charge of the breakfast was friendly and he offered to make us things that they were out of even though it was close to the end of breakfast. He also apologized for things taking a bit to be refilled/restocked as he was the only one working...

Location location. This property has such an outstanding view of river, dam, city scape and sunset that it becomes a destination in itself. Comfort bed in nice room with said view. Small breakfast nook with standard continental breakfast fare. Outside seating area with great views. Driveway potholed and jarring. This likely keeps speeds down to the benefit of the homes along the down hill side

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. There is also an amazing coffee shop on premises!

This is our 2nd stay within 4 days -a Diamond in the rough! Very comfortable and homey. Cousins Restaurant is excellent , as well!

This hotel doesn't look like much from the outside. But it's a very beautiful, clean and well-maintained place inside. The restaurant staff lacked skills to offer friendly service however, the food was very good to excellent! We were surprised to find such a nice place in such a small town.

Clean, quiet room, good breakfast.

It provided what I needed. It does not provide many amenities, but it was cheap, clean, and I felt safe. That was what I needed.

The staff was friendly, the building was beautiful!! Love the old town charm! We slept great and really enjoyed the beauty of this hotel.

Very good for that price. Old school hotel. I'd go there again or recommended to anybody else. Btw it was a wonderful little town.

We got a room overlooking the river and garden. The room was very nice and updated. It came with a refrigerator and microwave, which is always handy to have. Easy access to the room from the parking lot. The view was beautiful. You can ask for a non-pets room if you are severely allergic. We didn't know this, and we both have some allergies, but the room was clean and we didn't notice it at all (assuming pets had been in the room).

Great stay. Very luxurious , innkeeper had thought of everything. Great bed, great breakfast. Wished we had planned to stay longer.

We were made to feel very welcome. Cookies on the table and coffee delivered when we arrived. wonderful room and breakfast was fantastic. We will go back to stay again. Friendly staff

We stay here numerous times throughout the year. The couple who manages/owns/runs this cute little place are truly some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. Thanks for another great stay!! We will be back!
