“Relaxing VT stay . You are in a rural setting but places to stock up on supplies was less then 10 miniutes away . We watched the fireworks that stratton displayed pretty much from the comfort of the property .Our children are young adults and they had a blast finding local swimholes . As well as spending a day at Bromley Mountain ( 20 mins away ) where they did water slides , alpine slides , the giant swing to name a few . House is large and the ability to accomodate large families or groups ....

“Our host was extremely responsive and kind. The house was professionally cleaned and well stocked. I'd say the downside is that house is generally old and showed its age. The wall to wall carpet was stained in lots of places, the corners and tight / hard to reach spots hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Particularly challenging considering it's a dog friendly house. “We came to Loon Lake region for a family wedding. The owners were amazingly accommodating for a special need. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for seven adults and an infant. The dining table was large and comfortable. The screened in porch sealed the deal for us - plenty of seating at two tables. There was no need to go out for meals as the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, We were minutes from a very nice grocery store. The bedrooms can...

“Overall, a very good stay. The house is a bit smaller than we thought, but it was very clean and well stocked. The indoor fireplace and provided wood was a nice perk. The hot tub was not clean or well kept, so beware of that. There were body hairs and a brown scum ring around the edge.”
