Pros Very nice rooms. My only complaint was parking. $45 a day valet with in and out privileges, self park you have to pay $15 each time you exit and come back or I think it was $25 if you park and do not leave until you check out. I may be a couple dollars off but fir sure valet is $45

Not a nice experience to be honest When arriving at property they ask for a 100$ accident fee per day Parking was not included and way too expensive 26$ per night Fire alarm went off suddenly at 1pm the last day They just charge my card again for the fee in a total of 400$ for 2 nights dissatisfied and disappointed

Horrible stay. Services are not as advertised. The hotel is dirty & staff are incompetent. I had multiple issues every other day there. When I complained about not receiving a refund that they were supposed to process a month and a half ago, they called the police on me for no reason at all. I complained about a refund & they lied & said that I was a threat to the property & I was being violent. I never ever EVER was violent, I wasn’t ever even rude. The management is weird, rude, & this is not a safe place. Housekeepers entered my room without knocking multiple times.

I reserved a room with a king bed. When I got to the hotel they told me they had no more long hrs rooms and offered me two queen beds. That's ok, but not what I reserved. The desk also asked me if I wanted a bath or shower room. I asked for shower, but then they said they had only bath rooms. Not very organized is say. Shouldn't be selling or offering something you can't deliver.

Could you please provide me a receipt for my stay at Hyatt for two days. I didn't find it in earlier correspondence. I need it urgently to submit it to Lufthansa for compensation for a cancelled fight. The stay was good, but for some reason the hotel doesn't provide bathrobes, slippers and no good place for breakfast in the hotel as it's practiced everywhere in the world even in no-star hotels.

There was a sewer gas smell in the hallway that penetrated our room. I explained this at the front desk and a maintenance worker who happened to be passing by said “I didn’t smell anything.” Sewer gas is a health hazard causing headaches, nausea, dizziness. The front desk staff was luckily apologetic for his unprofessional behavior.
