“Our room was huge and staff were friendly and helpful. We went to the korean restaurant next door twice cuz it was very good. A 5 -10 minute walk took us to a market which was great for evening eats. The reason for 4 stars is the decor and lobby decor felt a bit cold and uninviting. "This hotel has exceeded my expectations, very good! Pictures didn't do it justice, it is actually very well maintained. Friendly and polite staff, room is big enough, affordable price. Gym of course is small, as well as the swimming pool, in which we didn't use both. Very clean and tidy room on arrival, allowed us to check-in earlier. One downside is, the air conditioner dripped a lot when we turned the temperature up from 16 to 20 degrees celsius one time."

"8年前在清邁，住過羅望鄉村，這次看到微笑蘭納，就很想當作我們在20251023抵達清邁入住的第一家酒店。整體的建築圍繞著泳池很美，有免費下午茶點，早上在泳池畔還有串珠體驗，服務人員都很用心親切，下次去清邁會想要再回去住。在古城區南邊，走路進古城區用餐按摩都不會很遠。這次入住一樓109，打開門就是泳池，房間很美，美中不足的地方就是淋浴間只有布簾隔開，不是玻璃隔水拉門。早餐有芒果糯米飯，種類不多但很好吃。"
