“Stayed 1 night in a “deluxe” room, the experience started well with the unusual arrival via a short ferry and the drive through the private island, but sadly the luxury experience ended as soon as we had parked up and headed for check-in. “The front desk ladies are excellent the hotel rooms are nice. The staircase would need cleaning the carpet looks dirty the cleaning crew not very friendly it is very hard to get around when they bring the clean towels. The breakfast is good and the crew is very nice there also.”
