"The room was comfortable but it was not cleaned after our first night’s stay. When asked, I was told first that since we had the ‘do not disturb’ sign, they didn’t enter our room however, we removed the sign when we went out at 10\. Then I was told that the hotel has a policy of not cleaning the rooms daily. When I asked to see where it states that, I was told that it is not in writing but it’s their hotel policy. I found it very strange and asked to speak to the manager and then the receptionist offered to clean it herself. If that is a hotel policy, I think it is very unhygienic. I also feel that it will be helpful to staff their front desk with more staff because there is always a delay with a lineup at the front."
