“For our purposes this was the ideal location for business and visiting family. We have stayed in Aloft properties before and expected minimalism, but... only four hangers? And there was no housekeeping service during a five-night stay. I had to ask for towels on the third day, that were delivered while we were out, but dirty towels were not picked up nor was the bed made (ever). :( The indoor pool is great, and the bar/lounge area is very nice but general hotel experience was lacking.”
