“They never came to clean the room for my 6 night stay. Black stuff shot out of the jets in the tub. Had to go get my own towels and needs for the room and stack all trash inside my room during my stay. Picked this hotel so I had a place to do my laundry and lo and behold they were out of order as well. This was my worst stay ever. Will never return!!!!”

“The bathroom door did not lock. Other doors did not lock. Hair strands in bed, stained beds. Light fixtures coming out of ceiling. Not happy at all. The good thing was the waterpark.”

“The young petite lady at 3am on Friday, July 10th was very helpful and sweet. It was 3am - how was she awake and nice? I couldn’t find anyone when I needed to touch base to additional times (upon checking out we did speak with a nice blond woman 9am on 7/13). The bed frame was missing the protector on the metal of the bed and I wrecked my shin twice on it. Then our fire alarm went off at 230am 7/13 - no other rooms. Just us. 3 minutes blaring. Room 301 was woken up by me not knowing what to do……

“Pool was in rough shape, hot tub didn't fully work. Room could use paint touch up, and new carpet. Breakfast was good, clean and stocked. All the staff was nice.”
