“Pool on small side”

“When we arrived we were told that we already checked in and there was no room for us. Upon further review, the front desk associate checked in someone else under our room. It took them over an hour to figure it out. Now it’s after 10 p.m. Another guest was having issues with their booking as well. Then another guest came down for a blanket and the same associate was swearing under her breath at this guest. The rooms were very dated, the beds were I comfortable and the pillows were terrible. ……

“I called ahead of booking to make sure the whirlpool was operational but it was not upon arrival. Several outlets in the room did not work. Location was good.”

“Breakfast and parking included. Pleasant staff and clean. Refrigerator did not work in room. Jetted tub was lovely after driving and water hot and great pressure”

“其实酒店还是不错的，美国酒店通常的配置都有，King床很舒服，甚至还有冰箱、微波炉，很好，前台也很热情！只是第一次出国，美国酒店居然都没有拖鞋、没有可饮用的热水，而淋浴头也不能取下，稍稍感觉有些不习惯。”
