“The property was very nice. The only con was that the sleeper sofa mattress is very thin. I don’t think an adult could sleep comfortably on it. You can feel the springs. But our 12 year old slept on it and it didn’t bother him so if you’re using it for kids, I’m sure you’ll be fine. It was very clean and beautiful and it fit our needs. ”

“The home was very clean, everything we needed was there. Walking the dog was easy, pet clean up stations were there. Any time i communicated with the leasing company i got prompt courtesy awnsers. I will look at staying here each time we visit family in town.”

“Came for our son’s wedding in downtown Grand Rapids. Excellent location. Very clean condo , easy to find and very roomy . Our dog was very comfortable too. It was nice to have a big garage to unload all our things and easy entrance. Highly recommend if you have an event in Grand Rapids!”
