The property also offers a pool and great lounging areas incase you want to relax and take a breather. "The staff is amazing. Lorenzo and his team were extremely friendly and hospitable. The hotel provides a unique and exceptional vantage scenic point and view of Cape Town and Table Mountain. The view is spectacular! From the reception area, to the kitchen staff, and bar , housekeeping at every touch point and interaction the staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this property it is also centrally located without the busyness of the water front. "

"So, I didn't know that the hotel locked its doors at 10PM, otherwise I would never have booked it as my flight was not coming in until 9PM and as the airline put part of my luggage on a later plan, I was later than 10PM and they have a policy to not open the door. So I had to find other accommodation very late at night and no offer of a refund! A very unsatisfactory experience."

"This was the worst accommodation of our 2 month South Africa trip. We reserved a room with 2 beds and instead got a room with a bed and fold-out sofa. This was not suitable for dogs to sleep in, much less humans! The room was absolutely freezing with the only source of heat being a plate on the wall that did nothing. The bedding and pillows also reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Needless to say, it was a sleepless night. Avoid this place at all costs! "
