“This was the perfect house and location for us visiting Winfield to watch our son play baseball at the complex right by the house. An easy walk to the field and the house had everything we needed. Appreciated it stocked with everything and the welcome coffee/treat basket that was available. Very clean and cute home! ”

“The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town. ”

“Decent place for the cost, if you don’t mind the funky smell in a couple of the bedrooms. Ours smelled like dirty feet. The ceiling fans were coated in dust and the bedrooms could have been vacuumed better. Beds were comfortable however. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned in heaven knows how long and smelled funky very time we turned it on. ”

“This little house could be very cute with some updating. The good: things were clean -- the beds/sheets, the floors, the counters, etc. The mattresses were decent. We loved the little electric fireplace that made things seem warm and cozy on a cold winter's day.The bad: it didn't seem like the house had been deep cleaned before renting. There were lots of smears/smudges/scuffs on the bottom of doors, or, on the edges of doors, there was lots of built up grime. The bedframes were pretty……
