“When I checked in the staff did not direct me to even how to find my room or say anything about amenities or the $50 hold they put on your card. When I went to ask about that the next day one of the staff members was very helpful and the other one told me to leave that $50 as her tip. Which typically if I’m staying somewhere for a period of time and things are well I leave a tip, but not when someone says that and also my room wasn’t cleaned. “Was clea, but the room they gave me smelled like an ashtray, when I called the desk to tell them they offered room deodorant instead of moving me. And the evening meals or soups is non existent. I was told the new owners have stopped that service even though its advertised online. The breakfast is prepared the night before and microwaved. So was a bit disappointed. “The room was fairly large with ample space for everything! The staff were all friendly, helpful & efficient. The breakfasts were nice, tasted good, and well taken care of. The hotel was clean & well staffed, pool/ jacuzzi area nice. The hotel is located near restaurants & stores .”
