Great Property, Poor Support from Expedia The property is in a quiet residential area, and both the building and the room were in excellent condition — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, we had to delay our stay by one day due to my wife breaking her leg. We contacted Expedia in advance to request a simple change to our check-in date. However, they were unhelpful, stating they needed to contact the property manager for approval. Despite this being a reasonable and timely request, Expedia failed to resolve the issue, and we ended up paying for an unused night. The stay itself was great, but the lack of flexibility and support from Expedia was disappointing.

I like the building of the hotel. But the room’s table lights did not work properly. The restaurant foods was so so and fruits was not fresh. All these issues were not worth what we paid expensively for the hotel room.

Great little boutique hotel. Nice rooms and walkable to Parliament Hill and other national museums.

Great location, perfect service.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and spacious. The amenities were great as well, especially enjoyed the pool table, the suite has full kitchen and laundry pair.
